Designing the Experience From the Inside Out
EVERY DETAIL SHAPES THE EXPERIENCE
A memorable destination is shaped by more than walls and floor plans. The materials guests see and touch, the lighting overhead, the furniture they gather around and the colors that set the mood all shape how a space feels.
TK Architects approaches interior design as an integral part of the overall environment, not decoration added after the building is finished. Our interior designers work to understand how a space should look, and just as importantly, how it needs to function for the people who visit it and the teams who run it every day.
In entertainment-driven environments, that work gets complex quickly. A single visit might take a guest from the entrance and ticketing area into a lobby, then a bar, restaurant, lounge, arcade, bowling area or auditorium. Each space needs its own character and purpose, yet the whole destination still has to feel like one cohesive experience.
That perspective comes from decades of designing cinemas, entertainment centers, restaurants and bars, where the interior is often the reason guests choose one destination over another and the reason they come back.
Interior Design Services
From Concept to the Finishing Details
Concept & Design Direction
We establish the visual direction, character and overall feel of the interior, shaped by your goals, your audience and your brand. Mood, palette and design language are set early, so every later decision has a clear reference point.
Space Planning
We plan how spaces relate to one another, how people move through them and how different activities share one environment. Good space planning keeps crowds comfortable, service efficient and every square foot working.
Materials, Finishes & Color
Flooring, wall treatments, ceilings, surfaces, textures and color palettes are selected for appearance, durability and maintenance. Commercial interiors take a beating, so the finishes have to look right on opening day and years later.
Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment
Seating, tables, casework and fixtures affect both how a space works and how it feels. We select and coordinate FF&E so it fits the design, meets code and stands up to daily commercial use.
Lighting & Atmosphere
Architectural and decorative lighting set the mood, highlight features and guide guests through a space. We use lighting to change the character of each area, from a bright arrival to an intimate lounge or bar.
Custom Interior Elements
Bars, concession stands, feature walls, millwork and decorative elements give a destination its individual character. We design these signature pieces to be both memorable and practical to build, operate and maintain.

- MaintenanceSurfaces and finishes need to clean easily and keep looking good between renovations.
- OperationsStaff need clear, efficient paths to serve guests without disrupting the experience.
- FlexibilityUses, technology and attractions change. Interiors are planned to adapt without starting over.
- ComfortSeating, acoustics, lighting and spacing decide whether guests stay for an hour or an evening.
- RevenueBars, lounges, dining and premium seating aren't decoration. They're business drivers, designed to perform.
Connected Expertise
Great Interiors Don't Happen in Isolation
A dramatic ceiling depends on what runs above it. Lighting depends on the electrical design, comfort depends on the HVAC, and what’s possible depends on the structure. With every discipline in-house, our interior designers resolve those details with the engineers and architects on the same team.
